If a product arrives to you and you would like to return it for any reason then please contact Made to Last with details and we will get the return arranged for you.
If the product is damaged or is received not as described then you will receive a full refund on the product.
If however you simply change your mind then there is a restocking fee of 30% which will be taken out of the refund.
The guarantee is offered on the workmanship of the product and does not cover misuse by the customer.
