It is important to turn your mattress regularly to ensure even settlement of the layers of the fillings.
We recommend that you turn your mattress from end to end starting with the label at the foot end, spin the mattress 180 degrees so the label is now at the top.
After a week turn over the mattress so the label is now on the underside. Week three spin the mattress 180 degrees so the is at the bottom and finally the last week of the four weekly cycle turn the mattress over so the label is back where it started (original position).
If your mattress is a non turn then we advise you to rotate 180 degrees weekly for the first 3 months and then monthly thereafter.
