Returns
We love our products and hope you will too. For this reason we will only ship a product to you if we are completelly happy with the quality. If you are unhappy with a product you receive we will accept returns.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and return is, unused in its original packaging. A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned item.
Guarantee
We are proud of our products and nothing leaves our workshop until it is up to our standards.
However if there are any problems as the result in flaws in workmanship we will fix, replace or refund you.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by temperature changes, moisture or general wear and tear through aging.
