You should complete this declaration if you are 'chronically sick or disabled' and the goods or services are for your own personal or domestic use. A family member or carer can complete this on your behalf if you wish.

A person is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ if he or she is a person:
with a physical or mental impairment which has a long term and substantial adverse effect upon his or her ability to carry out everyday activities
with a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness
It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.

Vintage Cushions began as the result of a particularly vivid dream prior to a rather serious operation Nichollette underwent. The dream was of being sat at an old sewing machine surrounded by beautiful fabrics and scarves - Awakening with great excitement Nichollette immediately set-about turning this dream into a reality with a business focused on bespoke cushion making.

Returns
Return Period: 28 days
Please contact us via email prior to making any return - Please open package carefully so that if neccessary it can be returned in the same packaging, securely cellotape down all openings
Delivery
Delivery costs are Courier Service at £7.50 with an approximate delivery time of between 5-7 days. If it will be longer then we will let you know by email and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
