About Utology
We aim to create timeless pieces that are valued and cherished by putting craftsmanship and functionality at the forefront of the design and making proces.
Our Designs are all minimal, with clean lines and contemporary style and an emphasis on the utilitarian.
Materials are selected for quality, with care and attention going into each piece.
Nothing leaves our workshop until it has met our standards, ensuring our products are made to last. Products are made in small batches or made to order, meaning they go from the makers hands to the customers.
Utology was founded in 2015 by Dan Hoolahan and is based in Liverpool, UK.
Terms & Conditions
Damaged, incorrect or undelivered items - All products are inspected for damage before leaving our premises.
In the unlikely event that an item is not delivered, arrives damaged or is incorrect, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, we must be notified within 7 days. We will require photographic evidence of damaged good and the condition of their packaging so that we can take it up with the courier.
We will then contact you with instructions and/or return address. Returns postage for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us.
All goods will correspond with their descriptions and be free from defects in material and craftsmanship. Slight variations may occur where wood is used, such as grain appearance and colour.
Returns
We love our products and hope you will too. For this reason we will only ship a product to you if we are completelly happy with the quality.
If you are unhappy with a product you receive we will accept returns. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and return is, unused in its original packaging. A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned item.
