About Storm Furniture
After many years working for other companies making all sorts of weird and wonderful things, I decided to take my skills and set up shop on my own. I developed my own designs along the way while at the same time making and fitting furniture and joinery of all kinds. Lighting was always something I enjoyed designing as it gave me a lot of satisfaction seeing my design light up at the end, and I could utilise my furniture-making skills to create all kinds of interesting structures.
My lights always need to follow rules to make them a safe product, but I also need to enjoy the process of making them, as this is the main reason I do what I do. I use only FSC-approved materials and always think of the environment when deciding on the design and finish of a product. At Storm furniture, we strive to design original pieces which are not only unique but made to the highest level of craftsmanship. Terms & Conditions
Our products are all made by hand at our workshop in Suffolk. All the veneers, timbers and materials we use are from sustainable sources and FSC approved. We strive to ensure that our products are described as clearly as possible and they arrive safely to our customer’s satisfaction. All products are handmade so there will be variations from product to product, although very small differences, please consider this.
PAYMENT Our online shop enables you to purchase securely online through Paypal, and you can use standard credit/debit cards through this platform even without a paypal account. You can also pay directly into Storm Furniture’s bank account which we leave our details to be found at checkout.
PRICING Prices are all shown in GBP inclusive of VAT. Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time.
PURCHASE When you place an order, you will receive an email. We will contact you if there is a problem with your order.
Returns
All of our products are specially made for you, and we are unable to allow unwanted orders to be returned and refunded. Materials are ordered specially and the items are handcrafted to specification. If however, we are notified early enough so we have not started the manufacturing process, we can help in this case.
If we make a mistake, we will put it right. If an item is damaged, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of the customer. If this cannot be done, then a full refund will be given including our delivery costs.
