A person is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ if he or she is a person:
with a physical or mental impairment which has a long term and substantial adverse effect upon his or her ability to carry out everyday activities
with a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness
It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.

Terms & Conditions
The Product If you are dissatisfied with any of the products we deliver, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving them. All our products are made to order. The Company is free of committing any design improvements without notification. Images in the catalogue or on the website may vary from the final product. We work daily to enhance the quality of our products aesthetics, usability and reliability.
Delivery Delivery time is normally 2-3 weeks. However we can respond to more urgent turnaround times if necessary. Please contact us if you require a quicker turnaround time. Due to the nature of bespoke manufacturing, expected turnaround times cannot be guaranteed, however we endeavour to achieve these times if at all possible. Please inform us of any breakages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Returns As all products are made to order, we charge a minimum 30% return fee. All customised orders cannot be returned as they have been personalised for your order and cannot be used for future orders. It is expected that the goods will be returned in the same condition they are received by you. You are liable for all postage costs and breakages incurred during the return delivery.
Cancellation Orders maybe cancelled within 72 hours of the order being placed unless the goods have already been despatched. Please contact the office for confirmation of the status of your order. The amount will be refunded using the same method the order was placed.
Extent of Liability All goods sold on this site are carefully checked and tested. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall the liability of any parties involved in the supply of products via this site exceed the invoice value of any goods supplied. Use

Returns
Return Period: 28 days
All products that are unwanted for any reason must be returned to Mullan within 28 days. Please contact us on the details given in the order confirmation email prior to returning to get details from us on how to return the products to Mullan.
Delivery
Delivery costs £15 per box so orders for multiple lights may not incur a larger delivery cost than a single light. However - we offer free delivery on all Mullan orders with a value greater than £100. Delivery will happen within 10 business days.

Please see Photo's of damaged Glass shades
Unfortunately both light centre holes were damaged around the edges. I would like you to contact our company regarding the damaged goods received from Mullan . We decided not to return the damaged shades as our customer required them urgently. We then had additional expense to rectify the damaged areas on the shades. The lamp holders and fittings were very good quality and the items were delivered in good time and very well packaged. The damage obviously occurred during production. So unfortunately we are only able to rate you 1 star.
