A person is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ if he or she is a person:
- with a physical or mental impairment which has a long term and substantial adverse effect upon his or her ability to carry out everyday activities
- with a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness
It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.

We also manufacture sofabeds and sofas with a specialist factory in East Sussex.
Our adjustable beds are manufactured in Yorkshire.
We believe that real value for money is gained through selecting products that are made from quality materials and manufactured by skilled craftspeople. This is often communicated poorly to consumers by retailers and therefore many people find that they end up buying something that looks nice for a few months and then starts to deteriorate or break.
Yes you can find cheaper products elsewhere, but we challenge you to find products that are better value for money.

Risk free returns:
If your product arrives and you are not 100% happy with it then please give us a call or email us within 14 days and we will be happy to pick it up and take it away at no expense to you.
If you are buying an upholstered product such as a sofa bed or sofa then we would appreciate you ordering some fabric samples prior to ordering as this helps to ensure that you are happy with the exact colour you will be getting - colours never look exactly the same on screen as they do when seen in person.
Also - If you have a house with particularly small doorways and are ordering a large furniture item that needs to fit through them, then please discuss with us before ordering as you may need a modification to your product such as remove-able arms.

We will provide a free 2 person delivery service to your room of choice.
Our delivery company will make initial contact with you at least 3 days prior to delivery to confirm a day that is convenient for you. They will also confirm a 3 hour window that best suits you on that day.
However due to uncertainty on the roads, our drivers occasionally digress from this slot. If this is the case our drivers will call you and advise you accordingly in advance. If you are then unable to accept the new time window, the delivery will be rescheduled at your convenience.
The delivery drivers will unpackage your product and inspect it with you. Once you are happy that all is fine then you will sign a proof of delivery (POD) to confirm that everything arrived as expected and is in good condition.
If there is a problem with the product on delivery then please refuse the delivery and let the drivers know the reason and also inform us by phone on 01223 967 901 or via email on [email protected] and we will get your problem dealt with as quickly as possible in the way most convenient for you.
For areas of Scotland and offshore UK there is a delivery charge of between £60 and £120 - this is applied to your order once you enter your postcode on the checkout page. If you are unsure then please call us on 01223 967901 for confirmation.
