A person is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ if he or she is a person:
- with a physical or mental impairment which has a long term and substantial adverse effect upon his or her ability to carry out everyday activities
- with a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness
It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging or in suitable replacement packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damages / Issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your mirror has arrived damaged, we will require pictures. We will then offer you a refund or make and send you out another mirror.
Exceptions / Non-returnable - Certain types of items cannot be returned, bespoke/custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Bespoke/custom mirrors can not be returned.
Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your mirror arrives back to us damaged we can not accept the return, which means we can not refund you.
Please note, if you return your mirror back to us and it, unfortunately, gets damaged in transit, we will not be able to refund you.
