Your free guarantee covers the cost of replacement parts or product and labour where the product is faulty because of a manufacturing defect. Our aim is to ensure that you are completely happy with your product so if you believe something is not as it should be, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to address your concern.
DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT
The product/s will be collected at manufacturers cost and 100% refund will be issued.
FOR NON-MANUFACTURING DEFECT - GUEST BEDS
The guest bed/s will be collected and a full refund will be issued, less a £35.00 fixed charge for the first product and £20 charge for every product thereafter to cover the cost of admin, collection, re-work or disposal.
FOR NON-MANUFACTURING DEFECT - SOFA BEDS
The sofa bed/s will be collected and a full credit will be issued, less 25% of original sale price to cover the cost of admin, collection, re-work or disposal.
We try our best to deliver every order in 3 working days. Occasionally deliveries get delayed but we will do our best to to rectify any late deliveries as quickly as possible. If you want then you can get in touch with us using the contact details in your order confirmation email.
Orders received before 10.00am will be dispatched the same day for delivery the Next Working Day.
An order received before 10.00am on Tuesday will be dispatched on Tuesday afternoon and delivered on Wednesday.
An order received after 10.00am on Tuesday will be dispatched on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday.
Scenario 3 weekend
An order received before 10.00am on Friday will be dispatched on Friday afternoon and delivered on Monday the following week.
Scenario 4 weekend
An order placed after 10.00am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
If the consumer is not available to sign for and receive the delivery, a “Calling Card” will be left for the consumer to arrange a redelivery at their convenience.
