A person is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ if he or she is a person:
- with a physical or mental impairment which has a long term and substantial adverse effect upon his or her ability to carry out everyday activities
- with a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness
It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.

Terms & Conditions
Please contact Made to Last to explain the reason for your return (ideally with images in the case of a problem). If there is a problem with the product then we will repair or replace free of charge.
However - If there is nothing wrong with the product but you would like to return it then we can refund the product cost but not the delivery cost or the cost to you of returning the item to us.
Delivery is typically £12 and takes 5 business days. If there is a delay on your order then we will let you know.
Occassionally we can ship faster so if you have an urgent need then please let us know and we will do what we can to get your product to you for when you need it.
