About Group Design
Group Design was formed in London in 2008 by Richard Wells and Jeremy Schotte. Combining our commercial, bespoke and architectural experience, we design and manufacture progressive lighting, furniture and home accessories.
Our work ranges from bespoke/low volume items to products suitable for mass manufacture. They are objects that fulfill their chosen role with elegance and ease, without unnecessary visual and structural clutter. We strive to create products that express a warmth and emotion, using the highest quality materials whilst making efficient use of form, material and manufacturing process.
Terms & Conditions
Prices valid at date of delivery will be applied.
We reserve the right to adapt prices, for confirmed orders as well, to reflect any increase in our costs, for any reason beyond our control, like forcemajeure, shortage of primary material or labor, strikes, official orders,transportation or similar problems, if this increase happens after confirmation of order but before delivery of goods.
All Goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received and funds cleared.
Returns
The customer must contact Group Design to arrange the return of the product (within 30 days). Returns will be accepted providing the product has not been used and is received by us in perfect condition.
If on delivery any of the Goods are defective in any material respect and either the Buyer lawfully refuses delivery of the defective Goods or, if they are signed for on delivery "condition and contents unknown" the Buyer gives written notice of such defect to the Seller within three business days of such delivery, the Seller shall at its option: (a) replace the defective Goods within 30 days of receiving the Buyer's notice or (b)refund to the Buyer the price for the goods which are defective.
No Goods may be returned to the Seller without the prior agreement in writing of the Seller.
Delivery
We offer free delivery to all of mainland UK (excluding the Highlands).
The Delivery Date is approximate only and time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the Seller in writing.
