Terms & Conditions
For your peace of mind, items purchased at Made to Last are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1,3,5 or 10 years from the date of purchase (see item details), unless otherwise stated. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will be happy to supply the customer with parts or if necessary replace your product, including delivery charges within the U.K.
EKO items purchased are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, with a valid receipt. However, If you find the product defective, you must contact Made To Last to assist you.
Returns
If you want to return the purchased item please contact us www.made-to-last.co.uk, we will provide you with return instructions.
Package the item(s) being returned securely into their original packaging. All goods must be returned in a resalable condition.
All refunds should be processed within 14 days of the item(s) being received at our warehouse. If you have not received your refund in this time, please contact us with the tracking information for the return so we can investigate and locate the package.
Delivery
All orders of EKO bin orders within the UK will be delivered within 5 working days.
Please note, all orders placed after midday on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
