As a brand that focuses on sustainability at the forefront, your order will be gift wrapped in a Cotton Linen re-useable bag, in a cardboard box, and tied with ribbon.
Terms & Conditions
Coze products come with a 1-year warranty which includes items that are faulty.
If the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, Coze covers the cost of the collection and replacement. In some cases, it may not be cost-effective to collect back the faulty item so we will just replace it. Coze always reviews these on a case-by-case basis. If you prefer a refund we will of course credit them including their original delivery charge.
Guarantee does not include accidental damage.
Returns
If you would like to return an item because you have changed your mind, you can do so within 14 days by either posting the item back (recorded delivery is possible so the package can be tracked) or we can arrange a DPD collection for a £10 charge.
Once the item has been received back into our warehouse a credit will be processed minus the collection charge if applicable. Goods that are being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.Delivery
