A traditional chestnut roaster, ideal for cooking chestnuts on an open fire, BBQ or firepit. With a long handle to keep the user a safe distance from the heat, this roaster is a fun way to cook a natural, healthy delicacy.

Netherton Foundry long handled pans are just right to get cooking outdoors on campfires, fire pits, fire bowls, and seasonal bonfires. No need to bend down or get yourself toasted as well.

(Children must always be closely supervised around fires).

Remove the long oak handle for use out doors on barbeques or use indoors on the hob, in the oven or under the grill.

The hand spun pan is made from durable 99.1% pure iron with a sturdy riveted handle.

It has a hand made British oak handle that is easily detachable by removing two brass wing nuts. (no tools required).

Suitable for high temperature frying.

Pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish, PTFE and chemical free.
Our spun iron pans may be used on open fires and flames, range stoves, electric, gas, ceramic, halogen & are perfect for induction hobs.

Quick summary:

  • For best results we recommend that you give the bowl, lid or pan an extra coating of flax oil before first use
