Each of our suppliers has their own policy on returns so please check this on the “Returns” tab of the product page for the product that you are buying/have bought.
If you would like to return an item to a seller then simply contact the supplier directly using the details given on your order confirmation email. You are also very welcome to contact us too and we will be very pleased to help you.
How to return or exchange a product
Contact the seller to let them know (you will need to give them a reason)
Package the item up and send it back to the seller, we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.
Ensure that you add a note inside that clearly states your name and address so that the supplier can match it to your order.
The product should be exactly in the condition that you received it.
As the supplier’s payment agent, we process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than 30 days after the seller confirms that they will refund for the product.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the seller and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
All sellers comply with the returns policy that is detailed on the product page, which will give you peace of mind when ordering.

What you can’t send back
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable. This information will be detailed on the product page and usually relates to products that are custom made for you.
