Due to the current lockdown situation in many parts of the UK the delivery companies are unable to provide deliveries into your room of choice and can only deliver to the doorstep. Deliveries may also be delayed by a week or so. We will do everything we can to avoid such delays but they may be inevitable until things improve.
Delivery will be a white glove service to the room of your choice. You will be contacted once the workshop have completed construction of your new mattress. You will be offered a choice of delivery time slots that best suit you.
Please use your mobile phone number if you have one on the checkout page when you place your order so that the delivery people can exchange messages with you.
*Delivery is free for almost all UK addresses but there is a surcharge for more remote locations such as the Highlands of Scotland and any off mainland UK addresses. Details will be shown after you enter your postcode on the checkout page.

Turn over every 6 months and then also rotate head to toe at the same time to develop an even wear across the mattress. Ideally use a mattress protector to extend the life of your mattress and to improve comfort each night.
You should complete this declaration if you are 'chronically sick or disabled' and the goods or services are for your own personal or domestic use. A family member or carer can complete this on your behalf if you wish.
You can find out more from the Helpsheets on the GOV.UK website or by telephoning the VAT Disabled Reliefs Helpline on Telephone: 0300 123 1073. HMRC staff cannot advise whether or not an individual is chronically sick or disabled.
A person is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ if he or she is a person:
with a physical or mental impairment which has a long term and substantial adverse effect upon his or her ability to carry out everyday activities
with a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness
It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.
