For simply registering on our website you will earn 50 reward points.

Making purchases

Every time you make a purchase on Made to Last (as a registered customer) you will earn 1 point for every £1 you spend (Ex VAT).

Writing Reviews

After purchasing at Made to Last we email all customers a few weeks after receiving your item via our 3rd party review platform, Feefo, to ask for feedback on your purchase.

This really helps other customers make more informed and better decisions about the products that they purchase so we reward you for giving your feedback.

Regardless of how positive/negative your review is you earn 125 points for leaving a review at Feefo - again - you need to be a registered customer in order to receive the points.

Birthdays

Let us know your birthday and each time it passes we will give you 100 reward points.

***Points expire 1 year after receiving them.

When you purchase anything at Made to Last if you have any reward points in your account then on the checkout page you will see a section appear below/next to (depending on device) the payment method that shows you your loyalty points balance.
