Delivery
Generally production has improved a lot but there are still some raw materials shortages that are causing occasional delays of a week or so. We will do everything we can to avoid such delays but they may be inevitable for the near future.
There are 2 delivery options for this product:
1) Free delivery to your front door. Product assembly will be completed by the customer - instructions will be provided.
2) If you feel you would like the item placed into your room of choice for you, unpackaged, the product fully assembled and the packaging taken away then there is a £25 charge.
In all cases please check the products packaging (if delivery to the door) and the product itself (if paying for installation) for damage before signing for it and if there is any visible damage then please refuse the delivery and mention it on the delivery note. This will help with any return/replacement/refund.
