Delivery
Delivery of our sofa beds is a white glove, booked in, 2 man delivery service direct to the customers home.
Service includes room of choice delivery, assembly and packaging disposal. Orders are tracked and traced along the whole delivery process.
JAY-BE sofa beds are delivered within 5 weeks. Approximately 1 week before delivery an SMS text message will be sent to the customer suggesting possible delivery dates for them to choose.
All deliveries will be carried out by a 2 man team and where possible we will do our utmost to put the items into the customers room of choice. All room of choice deliveries will be subject to a site survey by the driver who will assess whether it is possible to place the item in the customers room of choice. If in the event after the site survey the delivery team deems it unsafe or considers that they would be unable to place the item(s) in the customers room of choice, the driver would ask the customer for an alternative room to place the product.
*Delivery is free of charge to the majority of the UK but some more remote areas may carry a fee. Once you enter your postcode on the checkout page you will see the exact delivery cost.

DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT
The sofa bed/s will be collected at manufacturers cost and 100% refund will be issued.
FOR NON-MANUFACTURING DEFECT
The sofa bed/s will be collected and a full credit will be issued, less 25% of original sale price to cover the cost of admin, collection, re-work or disposal.
