Delivery will be a white glove 2 person service to the room of your choice. You will be contacted once the workshop have completed construction of your new seat. You will be offered a choice of delivery time slots that best suit you.
Please use your mobile phone number if you have one on the checkout page when you place your order so that the delivery people can exchange messages with you.
Delivery will be in 1 part, However - If you have poor access to your desired room then we can also disassemble the product further into 2 parts (by removing the arms) to make this easier. The delivery company will manage the reassembly for you. If you have tight access we need to know this information in advance to avoid a failed delivery and you not getting your product on time as well as additional costs for the re-delivery.
*Delivery is free for almost all UK addresses but there is a small, subsidised charge for Scotland, parts of Wales, a few central London congestion zone addresses and any off mainland UK addresses as our delivery partners charge extra for these areas. Details will be shown after you enter your postcode on the checkout page.

If your sofa arrives and you are not 100% happy with it then please give us a call or email us within 14 days and we will be happy to take it back and refund you for the full price of the sofa.
*Please note that a collection charge of Â£69 will apply to all returns as we will need to cover the cost of the delivery company coming to get your unwanted item. This charge also applies in cases where the product will not fit into your property so please ensure that you check this before ordering.
*Please note that a failed delivery charge will be applied if the delivery fails after the customer books a date/time with the delivery company to take the delivery and then cancels the delivery with a short notice so the item is already out for the delivery OR the customer is not at home to accept the delivery. Our customer service team will contact you to process this charge in case of a failed delivery.

*In order to gain a full refund the sofa must be unused.
*It is vital that you check your product carefully before signing the delivery note. If there is anything wrong with your product this must be mentioned on the delivery note when you sign for it.
We are exceptionally proud of the products that we make at Made to Last so offer a 15 year frame guarantee on this product. The 15 year frame guarantee covers the full structure of the seat for any manufacturing errors that may occur within the guarantee period.
However - It does not cover misuse by the customer - the product will not work well as a trampoline ;-)
