Heather Scott Design Medium Sushi Board

Heather Scott Design

Product Information

Solid oak serving board.

These boards are designed as serving boards, for cheese, charcuterie or sushi for example. A simple beauty in the design gives it a versatility, allowing it to be used in a variety of ways.

The chamber on the underside is designed to make it easier to pick up the board. The blackened effect on the edge of the board and the inside of the recess is achieved by scorching the timber.

This is the medium serving board with two scorched square recesses - ideal for olives and stones, side salads or dipping sauces.

22 x 33cm

Solid Oak, scorched detailing. Finished with food-safe oil.

I am a designer-maker living and working in Cornwall, all the boards are hand-made by myself in my workshop.
