If there is something wrong with your product and you want to return it then please contact Made to Last with images to show the problem and then Made to Last will coorinate with us to arrange your return and cover any associated costs. Once the product is received back then we will notify Made to Last and they will process your refund.
If however you simply change your mind and no longer want the product then return delivery cannot be covered. Again please contact Made to Last for instructions on where to send the return to.
