Returns period (in days)
If there is something wrong with your product and you want to return it then please contact Made to Last with images to show the problem and then Made to Last will coorinate with us to arrange your return and cover any associated costs. Once the product is received back then we will notify Made to Last and they will process your refund.
If however you simply change your mind and no longer want the product then return delivery cannot be covered. Again please contact Made to Last for instructions on where to send the return to.
We are very proud of our products so want you to love them as much as we do. The guarantee is offered on the workmanship of our products and does not cover misuse by the customer.

Wash at 40 degrees and tumble dry on a medium heat until thoroughly dry.
Spot clean if required on soiled area using a gentle detergent and dry thoroughly before use.

It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.
