Unless free shipping is indicated at checkout, the minimum delivery charge for UK Mainland deliveries is £4.95, it can be higher for the Channel Islands. Please note that we send all our UK deliveries via recorded and signed-for delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. If the delivery company is unable to deliver and you do not contact them within 48 hours, the courier will charge you a £12 re-delivery charge. Once your order has been shipped you cannot cancel it and our return policy will apply. If your item doesn't arrive when expected, please get in touch and we will investigate.
Returns period (in days)
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery - within 10 working days (return posting date) - for a full refund of the costs of the goods. Unless a product is faulty or damaged at delivery, you will have to pay for all return shipping costs. Please check your product immediately when you receive it and let us know of any damage within 12 hours, we hope you understand that we cannot accept any claims after this time, as we will have to let the courier know. Please make sure you have proof of delivery as we cannot refund you for goods lost in transit.
We are very proud of the products that we make and offer a guarantee on the workmanship of the products. If you find that there is a problem with the product that you feel is down to it's construction then please contact Made to Last who will coordinate with us on a repair/replacement. The guarantee does not cover misuse of the product nor does it cover general wear and tear. If you are unsure then please contact Made to Last with images and we can let you know if the issue is due to the manufacturing or the usage of the product.

A person is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ if he or she is a person:
with a physical or mental impairment which has a long term and substantial adverse effect upon his or her ability to carry out everyday activities
with a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness
It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.
