Ordered and delivered very promptly, good delivery service who unpacked the bed to check for faults before leaving which was very much appreciated. The bed is exactly as described and very comfortable. I only have one very small criticism and that relates to the headboard screws which could do with a slightly longer thread to make them easier to fit as I found them fiddly to fit.

very nice bed and mattress had a hole in the box when delivered nothing was damaged but the cover and a strap was missing emailed them once and everything was sorted would do buisness with them again thank you very much

No problem with ordering, bed was despatched directly from supplier. Only problem was the strap holding the folding bed together when bed was not in use. The strap was not long enough to hold the mattress together. We contacted the bed supplier who sent us another two straps to join together hoping that this would achieve the problem. The problem still existed. We purchased two bungee straps, one for each side of the bed, this solved the issue, bed mattress is now under the frame. This problem will only occur once the bed headboard is fixed to the bed. The five stars are only for Made To Last. Three stars for the bed supplier. Looking up reviews afterwards I found this to be a common problem, customers were using leather belts to keep the mattress together. Bed suppler has been informed of the outcome. My advice to them was to supply two folding metal clamps one for each side of the bed, this will solve the problem. This was a thick mattress so the problem might not occur on the cheaper range of mattress, where the mattress is thinner.

Purchase process very good and product delivered in perfect condition. Only slight criticism was a disconnect between delivery dates and the courier delivery dates where the latter were limited and different to dates originally suggested by Made to Last

Excellent customer service - there was a 1 day delay in the initial estimated delivery date but this was communicated quickly and clearly by Made to Last.

I am really impressed with the quality of the sofa that I ordered and received. I requested for some fabric samples to be sent to me beforehand and that was very useful in helping me to decide on the colour and finishing choice. I would recommend Made to Last for those looking for quality sofas that are made in Britain.

Excellent sofa. Very good quality and comfortable. Also the tables I ordered were stunning and a great buy. Am very happy with my products from Made to Last. Also in the process of buying the sofa I had many questions. They answered them and even sent me a fabric sample which they shipped internationally.
