Generally production has improved a lot but there are still some raw materials shortages that are causing occasional delays of a week or so. We will do everything we can to avoid such delays but they may be inevitable for the near future.

Delivery will be a white glove 2 person service to the room of your choice. You will be contacted once the workshop have completed construction of your new seat. You will be offered a choice of delivery time slots that best suit you.
Please use your mobile phone number if you have one on the checkout page when you place your order so that the delivery people can exchange messages with you.
*Delivery is free for almost all UK addresses but there is a surcharge for more remote locations such as the Highlands of Scotland and any off mainland UK addresses. Details will be shown after you enter your postcode on the checkout page.

If your sofabed arrives and you are not 100% happy with it then please give us a call or email us within 14 days and we will be happy to take it back and refund you for the full price of the sofabed.
*Please note that a collection charge of £59 will apply to all returns as we will need to cover the cost of the delivery company coming to get your unwanted item. This charge also applies in cases where the product will not fit into your property so please ensure that you check this before ordering.
We would appreciate you ordering some fabric samples prior to ordering the sofabed as this helps to ensure that you are happy prior to your sofabed arriving. If you have any concerns or questions prior to ordering then please give us a call on 01223 967901 or else Contact us.
*In order to gain a full refund the sofabed must be unused.
*It is vital that you check your product carefully before signing the delivery note. If there is anything wrong with your product this must be mentioned on the delivery note when you sign for it.
We are exceptionally proud of the products that we make at Made to Last so offer a 15 year frame guarantee on this product. The 15 year frame guarantee covers the full structure of the seat for any manufacturing errors that may occur within the guarantee period.
However - It does not cover misuse by the customer - the product will not work well as a trampoline ;-)
