If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery - within 10 working days (return posting date) - for a full refund of the costs of the goods. Unless a product is faulty or damaged at delivery, you will have to pay for all return shipping costs. Please check your product immediately when you receive it and let us know of any damage within 12 hours, we hope you understand that we cannot accept any claims after this time, as we will have to let the courier know. Please make sure you have proof of delivery as we cannot refund you for goods lost in transit.
Our made-to-order products are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if they are faulty or damaged, either for a replacement or a credit note valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase.
